1. Warranty Policy

Conditions for warranty claims 

Whenever you have put the garment to good use and it presents a quality problem, Colors will recognize the arrangement or exchange of the garment for another of the same or similar characteristics. In the event that the garment does not support a fixable solution, and there is no other garment of the same or similar characteristics, the Company may (by its own decision) return the total value paid for it, as well as all transportation costs in which you have incurred. If your request for guarantee effectiveness is not accepted after having been evaluated by our technical department due to the lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you, within 15 business days following the date of your claim. to coordinate again your shipment with a freight collect where you must pay the carrier at the time the product is delivered. Recommendation before claiming for warranty 

Before making the procedures for a guarantee claim, we inform you of the most common cases for which we waive a warranty, that is, the reasons why we do not recognize a guarantee: 

1. • The warranty claim is made after three (3) months, counted from the delivery of the product. 

2. • Do not follow the instructions for washing and care of the garment. 

3. • Use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics. 

4. • Use of chemicals, or bleach in washing. 

5. • Faded by direct drying in the sun. 

6. • The garment was altered or modified by the customer and therefore his last was damaged. 

7. • Stamping, appliques or embroidery were ironed. 

8. • Normal wear of the garment. 

9. • The design of the garment has an artisanal process that makes each garment have unique and irregular finishes between the same lot. Service channels available for warranty claims.

 The Company makes available to consumers three (3) channels to file warranty claims: 

• 1. Bringing the item (s) physically to one of our colors stores. 

• 2. By sending an email to servicioalcliente@colorsdenim.com with the order number, invoice number, inform the products you want to be reviewed and report the warranty claim. 

• 3. Filing a petition through the web form available at the url https://www.colorsdenim.com/

What happens when the Company cannot fix or replace the same product?

In the event that Colors cannot fix the pledge claimed by guarantee and does not have availability of the same product to replace it, it will proceed to return to the consumer the total value paid for the pledge in the sales invoice.

For the return of the money, the Company will request the following information from the consumer: (i) Full name, (ii) citizenship card, (iii) Bank account number, (iv) Type of account and (v) Bank, or the bank certification issued by the bank that certifies the destination account.

2. Right of Resale

What is it?

The resale is the power that consumers have in undoing the business made with the Company after making a purchase of goods or services. However, this right does not apply in all consumer relations, that is, it does NOT apply in all contracts concluded between products / suppliers and consumers. Term to exercise the right of resale

The maximum term to exercise the right of resale is 3 business days from the date the product was delivered or the conclusion of the contract.

Conditions to return the product to the Company after exercising the right of resale in a timely manner.

The product must be returned by the consumer in the same conditions, in which it was received, that is, it must meet, among others, the following conditions:

• 1. The garment has not been worn.

• 2. Have all your labels.

• 3. Not being dirty.

• 4. Do not have traces of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.

• 5. Have no traces of chemical or bleach use.

• 6. Do not fade.

• 7. The garment should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.

• 8. The last of the garment must be perfect.

• 9. Stamping, appliques or embroidery must not be inconsistent with washing, ironing or adulteration.

• 10. Be in perfect condition for later sale to another consumer.

Service channels available to exercise the right of resale 

The Company makes available to consumers three (3) channels to file warranty claims:

• 2. By sending an email to servicioalcliente@colorsdenim.com with the order number, invoice number, inform the products you want to be reviewed and report the warranty claim.

If I want to return the garments through a transport company, what should I do? 

You must send the purchased item (s) by means of a transporter from Monday to Friday to the following address in the name of: 

Name: BODEGA ONLINE - COLORS 

Address: De las Higueras 251 and Manuel Ambrosi. 

For the return of money to an account, you must send us to the email attaching a bank certification of a savings or checking account with the following information: 

1. • Full Name 

2. • Citizenship card 

3. • Account number 

4. • Type of account 

5. • Bank 

The money will be returned within a maximum period of 30 current days, counted from the date on which the garments are received and identified in our warehouse and the receipt of the bank information, provided that the right of resale has been exercised within of the legal term. 

Who assumes the expenses or transport costs for the return of the garment? 

The expenses or costs that entail the return of the product to the Company, will be assumed in its entirety and without exception by the consumer. 

Note: In the event that the consumers make returns of the garments under the modality shipment against delivery or payment by the recipient, the garment will NOT be received by the Company and it will be the sole responsibility of the consumer the traceability, loss, care and / or recovery of the pledge before the transport company hired by it. 

After receiving the pledge by the Company, when will my money be returned? 

In the event that the Company receives the garments and that they meet all the conditions mentioned above, the Company will return the total amount paid for the garment, without discounts or retentions being made, within a term not exceeding the following 30 calendar days. Counted from the date of receipt of the garments in the place indicated previously.

Note:

Remember that for the return of your money we require your bank information.

Once the money has been returned and once the Company has the support of the transaction, it sends a statement to the client confirming the return of their money. It is worth mentioning that, the return of the money is made within 30 calendar days following the date on which bank information was obtained, however, the date on which the Company sends you a copy of the receipt may be at a later date.

3. Change policy

What is it?

Our goal is to make sure you are totally satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can change it within thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date you received your product.

To exercise the right to change the products must meet the following requirements:

1. • The item has not been worn.

2. • Have all your labels.

3. • Not being dirty.

4. • Not have traces of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.

5. • Have no traces of chemical or bleach use.

6. • Do not fade.

7. • The garment should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.

8. • The last of the garment must be perfect.

9. • Stamping, appliques or embroidery should not be inconsistent with washing, ironing or adulteration.

10. • Be in perfect condition for later sale to another consumer.

11. • They must retain the original label. We suggest you try on the garments before removing it.

12. • Must be returned in the original packaging.

13. • The purchase invoice or gift certificate must be submitted.

14. • Garments on sale or purchased in the “Sale” section, have no change. Except for warranty.

Can I change the clothes purchased on the website, in the physical stores COLORS?

Yes, approach any of our Colors stores and meeting the requirements mentioned above, you can directly make your change. One of our sales consultants will help you to do it.

Notes:

Purchases made at Colors points of sale cannot be changed at the online store www.colorsdenim.com  Purchases made at www.colorsdenim.com in the sales section have no change either in the online store or in physical stores except by guarantee

If I bought a garment at https://www.colorsdenim.com/ and I want to change it, but it is not available in a physical store? 

In this case, Colors will recognize the value paid with a credit note for the garment in the Online Store so you can buy what you want. For this you must deliver the garment in the same store where you want to use your balance. Remember that you have 30 calendar days to make the change of the garment. 

If I bought a garment at https://www.colorsdenim.com/ and I want to change it, but it is not available in the Online Store? 

The customer will be sent a message to the email informed by him, communicating the balance code in favor to redeem it in the online store. Remember that you must redeem it within 30 calendar days of receiving the code. Service channels available to request a change of a garment:

What can you do if I received a wrong product? 

In the event that www.colorsdenim.com has mistakenly sent an article other than the requested one, we will recognize the change We will program our transporter to pick up the wrong product and then ship the one you initially ordered. 

To request the collection of the wrong garment we invite you to use our authorized channels.
